Dr. Rachel E. Sanders, DBA, a Dayton, Ohio native, is the Executive Pastor of F.I.T Church and founder of RESet360 Consulting, LLC. Having served in the local church her entire life, and after years in full-time ministry leading a thriving children’s ministry, she brings a deeply relational, hands-on understanding of what it takes to build healthy, Christ-centered communities across every stage of life.
Having served in the local church her entire life, Dr. Rachel continued her ministry journey alongside her husband, Corey, joyfully serving together with a shared heart for church planting, and is grateful for the gift and vision God gave them of F.I.T Church. Alongside her ministry experience, her journey as a decorated U.S. Army combat veteran and former Division I collegiate athlete has shaped a leadership approach marked by discipline, resilience, and care. Today, she brings over 12 years of experience spanning leadership development, higher education, organizational strategy, and ministry, integrating faith, wellness, and generational insight to help people move forward with clarity and purpose.
At the heart of Dr. Rachel’s leadership is a simple but powerful conviction: identity in Christ always comes before achievement. Because of this, she believes differences across age, culture, and experience are not obstacles to overcome, but God-designed strengths to steward well. In addition to her pastoral role, she serves as an adjunct professor, equipping emerging leaders with evidence-based frameworks that bridge theory and practice.
Dr. Rachel holds a B.S. in Business Management from Central Connecticut State University, an MBA from Ohio Dominican University, and a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) from Trevecca Nazarene University, where her research focused on multigenerational dynamics.
